Friday afternoon Paris helped the Hollywood Beautification Team clean buildings and paint over graffiti rumored to be the work of the Mara Salvatrucha 13 gang - a.k.a. the "MS-13." Jessica Simpson, Eric Johnson Are Engaged!

Sources confirm to UsMagazine.com that Jessica Simpson, 30, became engaged to beau Eric Johnson on Thursday, just days after Us broke the news that her ex-husband, Nick Lachey, popped the question to Vanessa Minnillo, his love of nearly five years. Simpson and Lachey, 37, split in 2005, after three years of marriage.

On Saturday, Simpson flashed a sizable ring on her left hand during an appearance at Dillard's at Oak Park Mall in Kansas City.

The Texas native began dating the former NFL player in May while he was estranged from his first wife, stylist Keri Johnson; their divorce was finalized five months later.

July 14th was the MLB All-Star game. July 13th they had the home run derby and the legends/celebrity softball game. Marisa Miller played in the softball game. Whoever was pitching in the game is a genius because he pitched to her in a way that made sure she would hit the ball this way we could watch her run around the bases in her tight little pants.

Britney Spears makes secret calls to ex-boyfriend

Pop star Britney Spears is making secret phone calls to ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.

The singer, who dated the British photographer for about three months, has contacted her ex-love in recent weeks.

"She says she's not living the life she wants. She really wants to get back together with Adnan," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

If she has made contact with her ex-love, it goes against the restraining order placed upon Ghalib and her former manager Sam Lutfi in January 2009, after the duo were allegedly found plotting to take over her affairs.

Spears has been dating her former manager Jason Trawick, 38, since March 2009.

Rihanna tied up in gifted land controversy

R&B singer Rihanna has been embroiled in a controversy after a Barbadian minister gave her a free piece of real estate while poor residents struggle to cope nearby. Minister of Housing and Lands Michael Lashley gifted the ''Umbrella'' hitmaker a plot in the upmarket area of Apes Hill as a token of gratitude for boosting international interest in the Caribbean island nation.

However, Government Minister Gline Clarke has lambasted the decision - insisting a rich pop star has no right to garner free land while other Barbadians live in poverty, reports the Daily Star. "Why is the government paying millions of dollars for land for someone who's already making millions?" he asked.
