Paris Hilton Cleans & Paints In High Heels

Paris Hilton cleaning up the streets of Hollywood. In black high heels and a diamond Chanel necklace. Friday afternoon Paris helped the Hollywood Beautification Team clean buildings and paint over graffiti rumored to be the work of the Mara Salvatrucha 13 gang - a.k.a. the "MS-13." Naturally, a swarm of paparazzi showed up; and Paris even cut her finger doing some of that hard, hard work.
